Reading the account rules at Unlim Luck Casino
Our account rules cover eligibility, identity checks, payments and complaints. Players must be 18 or older. If your local law sets a higher minimum age for gambling, that higher age applies.
Country restrictions
We exclude the United Kingdom from real-money play. If you breach our country restrictions, we cannot promise that a withdrawal or refund will go through. Accounts opened or funded from restricted countries are not eligible for refunds.
Your account
Each player may hold a single personal account. Multiple accounts can result in all of them being closed and payouts cancelled. We may reclaim winnings or bonuses obtained through a duplicate account. You must not let another person use your account.
Identity checks
Full verification is required for any withdrawal, when total deposits exceed €2,000 or when a transaction raises suspicion. We may also ask for documents at other times and restrict services or payments until identity is established.
The documents include government-issued photo identification, a selfie holding it and evidence of your address. Address evidence must be no more than 90 days old, and screenshots are not accepted. Names must agree with the account details, and documents must remain valid for at least 3 months.
Depositing
Use a payment account registered to you. If security checks identify someone else’s payment method, we confiscate winnings and return the original deposit to its owner.
You must bet a total of 3 times the deposit before withdrawing funds connected with it. Where several deposits have been made without play, their combined amount must be wagered first. We may apply a processing charge if the wagering condition is unmet.
Withdrawing
Use the same payment method as for your deposit. The method determines the minimum and maximum withdrawal. We handle payout requests within 3 business days, with any time needed by banks or financial institutions added separately. Identity checks may hold up processing.
Incorrect credits
Money credited in error can be deducted from your account. If you have already withdrawn it, you owe that amount to us and must report the error immediately by email.
Complaints
Write to [email protected] to raise a complaint. Customer service handles it first and escalates unresolved cases internally. Only the account holder can pursue it, without assigning it to a third party.
